Shipping rates

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your parcel is dispatched. Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.

Delivery area

Aura de Maison currently ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We deliver to residential and commercial addresses across all states and territories, including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time via our carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder before reaching out to our team.

Important notes

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
• Aura de Maison is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
• Delivery to remote or regional areas of Australia may take longer than the standard timeframe.
• During peak periods such as public holidays and end-of-year sales, delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased carrier volumes.
